The Napping Therapy will be an experience on its own for rest and rejuvenation. You may combine with a 15 min massage in your hands, neck, and shoulder, your body and mind will feel energize and revitalize. Naps sessions are recommended daily between 1:00 to 4:00 PM last up to 30 minutes. Any longer and you run the risk of developing "sleep inertia"- that unpleasant groggy feeling. Some of the benefits of napping are: increases alertness, improves learning and working memory, prevents burnout and reverses information overload, heightens your senses and creativity, improves health, improves mood, decreases stress, lowers blood pressure and prevents heart disease.
